continue day 5
"见到torres, 到现在还在发烧~~~"
... is leemin's msn pm, haha... when you find a friend who's lost contact for a while learnt to favour a same player as you do, that's a great feeling ^^ anyway, lets first get to liverpool~ the old diary is a nice little hostel that you can rent rooms from less than 16pounds per person per night. and breakfast is provided all day, and there are free pastas, soups, beers... FREE BEERS! i tell you we went berserk with alcohol~ XD somehow, we saw a kancil-kia parking outside our hostel. and our hosts' child go to the same school as benayoun's boy ^^ he said he saw yossi that morning XD
football is so deep inside this city you see it everywhere you go. apart from the two big clubs, red liverpool and blue everton, here is ofcoz also the home of the beatles. so i practically switch from humming "don't look back in anger" in manchester to "imagine" in liverpool ^^
and liverpool is also famous for their architecture. apart from that, you know i'm borned a docker. so how will i miss port albert?! ^^ in short, i like liverpool!

"The Poppy Appeal raises funds for The Royal British Legion, a UK charity providing support to the serving and ex-Service community and their dependents."
if you know me long enough, or if you have received one from me recently or years ago, u'll know that i go for all these sorts of "flowers" and send them all around de world ^^
jamie's recruiting new staffs XD leemin asked why doesnt carragher become a liverpool legend after serving them for so many years. i answered, bcoz he scores more own goal than twice the years put together XD i'm so mean~~~ and unfortunately he's just managed to score another one last weekend XD
then, it's time for liverpool vs portsmouth! red means red~ the kop is scary!!! the hammers are nothing compared to it... the atmosphere was simply amazing! hear them sing you'll never walk alone! look at the scarfs!
liverpool was lead out to the field by their captain. as expected, elnino din play... he's out with a hamstring injury. so i watched stevie G for anO instead. he played crap XD liverpool played crap XD only babel was doing something right. the crowd wasnt happy, it was a boring game, but the crowd was so entertaining~ haha... they were cursing and swearing but always scold their stevie very nicely... for others, it's always
"wot the f... are you doing?!!!" (with their merseyside accent)
"dont you have brain?!!!"
but with their captain it's more like
"oh please stevie..."
="= bias...
rafa was playing 4-6-0. he forgot he effectively and single handedly transformed kuyt into a winger. and stevie is a half back for goodness sake... stop playing him a shadow striker... see, scolding ppl somemore...
when half time came, there was an award presentation to junior players of the month. as they announced the presenter's name, the stadium exploded like they've scored a goal O.O who else can it be other than de great elnino himself! XD

torres' de one in white. look, he must be very cold XD we oso saw him zipping up his jacket, haha... de lad from sunny spain, he gets the ball he scores again~
de portsmouth fans were cheering "tony adams scores away" until gerrard scored a late penalty and sealed de game.
the english rain continue to fall before, thru out and after the game. we were soaked on our 45mins walk back to the city with the Northen wind blowing.
Liverpool is still pretty in the mist.

bcoz class is starting tomorrow, i mean for me la :P
havnt decide if i'm going to try to score this term :P taking another non-exam subject in Materials for Medicine. out of interest ^^ they are always hard to score... and it's a course offered by bio-chem department, which means i die die not expected to have sufficient background again XP but should aim high for de other subject, light weight materials, lisa said i would enjoy it, she knows wot i like ^^
been sweeping de leaves wearing t-shirt at 1 degC, wahaha... syok wei~ my thermoreceptors keep sending red alert signals back to my brain XD day fades at 5pm, it's dark out there already... hm...
ok, lets continue with the pics~
stonehenge~~~ daniel was so nice to drive us all the way there XD
then he took us around the gay town Brighton~ the palace, and a shop selling kookah pipes O_o
day 4 is old trafford day XD so expect nothing but football XP we even saw wembley's arc on de way to manchester! let me zoom in and contrast for you~
the theatre of dreams~ the dug out~ the tunnel players use to go into the field~ the dressing room~ imagine rooney, ronaldo sitting there before every home match... imagine VDS putting on his gloves... imagine fergie flew his boot onto beck's forehead... all in this very dressing room!
p/s: i like that child smiling for his picture to be taken XD
there's a big poster of the team celebrating last season's championship right outside the away team dressing room. de tour guide asked us to imagine frank lampard coming out of the dressing room and de first thing he sees is the grining rooney holding de trophy, haha...
a cafe at the end of the block ^^
enjoying hot english tea in our cosy little room while the northerly wind brought snow to suburban manchester outside ^^ i bcome 背后灵 XD much better than the 16-a-room-mixed-dorm in london XP but can you believe snow already in late october? and snow storm in late march when i travelled to copenhagen earlier this yr~ i've been snow cursed XD

day 1 and 2
did i say there's not much non-football related stuffs?
i lied XD here we go~
but first back to football for a moment.
nO, happy bday~~~ preview preview XD 牺牲很大aa，竟然要我穿英国球衣~zomok他们不卖8磅的西班牙球衣ha？买队长圣卡西的给你~oo,补充一下，我们穿boys size 8-10 le... ="= 考试了，杰拉德给你喊加油~~~
oslo operah house and the scene from its roof. i know! it's all greyish! it was so windy i could hardly walk properly howling my backpack. i think British Airway changed our aircraft to a bigger one so that it would be a more pleasant flight. head wind of 150km/h. that's 2.5times API2C's stow wind speed for offshore pedestal cranes, no? XP de ride was so bumpy they had to delay hot drink service until we are closer to the english sky "for our safety" XD

the airport self-check-in machines which are very popular in this part of the world now :)
it's actually de first time i fly in the winter sky! ^^ dad, wanted to take pics of 21yrs GlenFidditch lining up in rows in the duty free shop to tempt you. but they din exist... XD
leemin was waiting for me at Russell Square tube station. like little kids, we waved to each other maniacly on either side of the ticket barrier. we are too cool to hug, so we gave each other a pat on the shoulder instead XD skiding and singing on the short walk to the hostel (hey i've juz been released from de bloody exam hall!), slept thru de first night, and it's good morning london!

alcohol boosted, it's time for the game~ hammers vs. gunners at upton park! maybe for the first time in my life, i was cheering for arsenal XD we were sitting among a mass of westhammers. we had to invent a nickname for cesc so that the hammers wont knock our heads off when we shout for him. somehow, for some unknown reason, we decided to call him Kiki XD
"aiyok! Kiki 跌倒了!"
"oik! zomok Kiki 中黄卡!"
唉，哪有人看球也看到将压抑的。。。
it certainly was an entertaining game ^^ both sides actually playing~ and AdeAde saved de day~ van persie booed evtime he touches de ball~ funny to see silvestre there~ wenger and zola making a lot of hand signals~
after de game, the queue to the tube station went almost 3-400m long~ XD
cesc preparing for a corner, but u can only see a dash of him from this pic XD
only arsenal fans remained in the stadium, celebrating the away win~

travel to brighton right after. the gay town, stonehenge and daniel to come~ it does sound as if daniel is an attraction, haha...
